We, Michael Inman and Shawn McManus, met while serving in the Marines. Several years
ago, we decided to use our skills as IT professionals to develop tools for the Real
Estate industry. In March of 2006, we decided to create a site for people to advertise
their properties to the world. In December of 2006, we launched InstantEquity.com.
InstantEquity.com is a place for people with property to sell below market value.
We use the latest technologies to advertise these properties as well as provide
buyers what they need to get them. It is our goal to educate people on how to buy,
sell, and trade property – and then help them with it. For traditional realtors,
we provide a place to advertise properties using the latest tools as well as expand
their client base. For the lone seller, InstantEquity.com is the place to show your
property. For buyers, this is the place to find and evaluate property, then close
the deal.
We constantly pursue excellence in our site, our business, and our personal lives.
